• Items must be unopened and in their original condition with the packing slip included.
• Blind bags or mystery boxes are non-returnable once opened.
• Manufacturing variations, minor packaging blemishes, or product imperfections are not considered valid reasons for returns.
• Apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for size issues.
• For refused or undeliverable packages, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
• Replacements are not guaranteed for sold-out items; a refund may be issued at our discretion instead.
