Returns Policy

At FanFavoriteFinds, we prioritize your satisfaction with a 15-day hassle-free return policy. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 15 days, including a clear photo for damaged goods. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Important Details
-Items must be unopened and in original condition with the packing slip.
-Blind bags/mystery boxes are non-returnable once opened.
-Manufacturing variations, minor packaging blemishes, or product imperfections are not grounds for returns.
-Apparel cannot be exchanged for size issues.
-Refused or undeliverable packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
-Replacements are not guaranteed for sold-out items, and a refund may be issued at our discretion.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
